Assabet River CleanUp

Help clean the Assabet by boat or pick up trash along the Blue-Green Trail!

• Location for boats: The Elks, 34 Powder Mill Road, Maynard. Bring your own canoe or kayak. If you have a larger boat or difficulty with a steep put-in, please let us know in advance at maynardassbet@gmail.com.

• Location for walkers: End of Colbert Street, Maynard, to enter the Blue-Green Trail.

• Prepare for poison ivy, wet feet, and brambles. Gloves and trash bags will be available.

• Walk-ups are welcome, but please register if you can at maynardassabet@gmail.com.
